🔄 Returns

  • You may request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
  • To complete your return request, you must provide photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof.

📦 Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation will not be eligible for return.
  • Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.

💵 Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
  • If approved, the refund will be made within 7–10 working days through your preferred method (bank transfer or courier cash return).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🔁 Replacements

  • If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
  • Replacement shipping will be covered by BLACKSMITH if the error was from our side.

⚠ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original packaging.
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.
  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
