🔄 Returns
- You may request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
- To complete your return request, you must provide photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof.
📦 Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation will not be eligible for return.
- Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.
💵 Refunds
- Refunds are only processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- If approved, the refund will be made within 7–10 working days through your preferred method (bank transfer or courier cash return).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🔁 Replacements
- If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
- Replacement shipping will be covered by BLACKSMITH if the error was from our side.
⚠ Non-Returnable Items
- Products without original packaging.
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.
- Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
